Return & Refund Policy

Request returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused and uninstalled in original packaging. All returns require an RMA; email info@kccparts.ca with your order number, items and reason. Customer-choice return label costs are non-refundable; a restocking fee up to 15% may apply. Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours with photos.
